Carbon Pulse has featured the unveiling of an exceptional tool developed by ALLCOT in collaboration with the voluntary carbon certification standard CERCARBONO.

The tool’s purpose is to guarantee project stakeholders, with a particular focus on communities and investors, the proper management of financial flows, risks, benefit sharing, project risk management, and the quantitative impact on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established in the project planning and monitoring plan.

Although still in the experimental stage, the tool is designed to facilitate annual reports throughout all stages of a project, from pre-feasibility to verification and certification. Its usage provides funders with insights into the quality of projects, how benefits are distributed, and how communities utilize the resources.
