ALLCOT is delighted to announce its acceptance of the invitation from S&P Global’s Environmental Solutions team to join the Meta Registry™ Advisory Board.
The S&P Global Meta Registry™ Advisory Board comprises a diverse group of stakeholders and subject matter experts who provide invaluable thought leadership. This board plays a crucial role in supporting the development of the Meta Registry™ initiative, offering guidance and insights as the platform and market participant needs continue to evolve.
To ensure comprehensive engagement, S&P Global requests that each participating organization attend quarterly Board Meetings, which last approximately one hour. Additionally, the company has formed working groups focused on key themes, such as the double counting and double claiming of credits, as well as products and services beneficial to the global carbon markets, including reference identifiers, reference data, and a portfolio view of credits.
ALLCOT will be represented by its recently established Strategy and Government Affairs department. With over 15 years of experience, ALLCOT looks forward to contributing to the strengthening of the international infrastructure of the carbon market.
